Kenya Fitness Holiday Holistic Healing in Kenya Fitness Holiday

Kenya Fitness Vacation

This nine day Kenya Fitness holiday program at the Baraka House in Kenya is an attempt to revitalize your body, mind and soul with the raw energy which lies dormant inside all of us and can be tapped only when the natural encounters happen with the breath taking surroundings. This holistic treatment program makes you measure the beach while running everyday on it, crawl on the sands like a crocodile, climb the trees like the monkeys, practice boxing with the other inmates, play beach volleyball and do host of other physical and spiritual activities.

The whole idea behind this Kenya fitness holiday program is to bring you closer to the nature and make you learn your primitive methods of living and exercising. The power of our holidays is in creating the perfect healing conditions, 24 hrs. a day, for the length of your stay ? you will be amazed at the results you will achieve. People have changed shape, cut running and swimming times in half, enjoyed running for the first time ever and had long term injuries or digestive problems clear up. Even the use of electricity is minimal and one has to preserve the water as storage for better use.

Wildlife is taken care of and not to be disturbed by the human activities and the local nature preserving agencies are funded by the organizers so as to contribute in the effort to preserve the natural environment.

Beautiful Watamu

Watamu has one of the top ten beaches in the world, where the sand is dazzlingly white. Opposite Baraka House are crowded coral ranges and stretching back is the captivating Sokoke forest reserve. Bordered by Mida creek (a turtle breeding area), Watamu is a designated UN area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Wild Program Highlights

  • The whole concept is wild starting from the food which is organic, unrefined, unprocessed and delicious. You will be served with the fresh fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, eggs, seafood and meat, and cutting out grains, pulses and sugar.
